  • Account data: Your email address when you sign up.
  • Comment data: TikTok comments you import or paste into the app, including usernames and video URLs.
  • Vibe settings: The personality description you optionally provide to personalise AI replies.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and actions taken, used to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Whizzly service.
  • To generate AI replies using OpenAI's API — your comment text is sent to OpenAI for processing.
  • To fetch TikTok comments on your behalf using Apify.
  • To improve and develop the product.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to operate Whizzly, including for authentication, data storage, AI processing, and comment fetching. These services may process your data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data protection agreements. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled — you can only access your own data. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@whizzly.app.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@whizzly.app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via the app. Continued use of Whizzly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
